The store not far away 1 miles from us just open less than a years have more than 179 reviewers 5 stars perfect review! I’m sorry but that store is not even half busy than us. For more than 4 years we have only like 179 real reviewers. If real customer’s create yelp profile give us 5 stars it will get removed without any questions but if you see a 1 stars review just make up by someone it will stay there for good. Reason why we’re open during COVID AND STILL SURVIVE doing well! !! It just frustrating to see how Yelp system is such a flawed. For 30 more I could have paid a limo company to pick me up in A LIMO for crying out loud. Xtreme Limo is the premier limo company in Cincinnati, Columbus and Indianapolis. Just recently a customer or by our ex employee make a bad reviews saying “ they sad the we don’t offer some products? I mean. We have used Tiger Limo several times in the past and were pleased. Every time 4/5 time we have a real customer’s give us 5 stars good review they took the review off. Yelp system indeed very flawed or adjust by their own policies.
